During the past decade he has been sharing what he has learned and done, along with sharing his passion for business development through consulting, speaking, coaching and training in many diverse industries. Phil trains in leadership, customer service, sales and the development of great people in many industries, with a strong focus on personalities, communication and attitude improvement.
